During the construction of the Orem Railroad (Salt Lake and Utah Railroad) a large cut was made through the hill north of the Peteetneet. This is the east side of the cut. The highway is to the right .The large barn is located at the home of the Fairbanks Family. At the time of the photo in about 1915, the home was owned by a local Dentist, Dr. L. D. Pfouts.
