The third home on the Historic is the Christopher. F. (Jack) Dixon home located at 248 North Main. It was built in 1897. It was designed by R. C. Watkins who also drew the plans for the Peteetneet School as well as other well known building in Central Utah. You will note many similarities between this home and the Peteetneet School. The home is constructed of brick and sandstone. It too is still occupied by a descendant of the original owners.
